Not sure yet? See it first: the free 60-row contractor list sample, ten real rows from each of six metros.

15,025 active Washington contractor companies whose liability policy on file with L&I expires between December 3, 2026 and March 3, 2027, soonest first. Each row: business, owner on record (15,024 rows carry the primary principal on the license), trade, city, ZIP, region, phone (15,018 rows), the current insurer, policy amount, expiration date, days to renewal, the agency that placed the policy (11,710 rows), license number and license expiry.

Washington will not register a contractor without liability insurance, so every one of these companies has a policy that is up for renewal. The state publishes the date and the incumbent agency; this file joins them to the owner and the phone, sorted by renewal date, so you can call before someone else does.

By region: Seattle and King County 3,843, Everett and the north Sound 2,275, Other or out-of-state address 2,124, Tacoma and the South Sound 2,033, Vancouver and southwest WA 1,284, Spokane and eastern WA 1,134, Olympia and the coast 849, Tri-Cities and southeast WA 627, Wenatchee and central WA 442, Yakima and central WA 414.

Built from L&I's public contractor data on November 3, 2026. The date is the one on file with the state; a contractor can renew early or switch, so confirm it on the call. Policy numbers are left out. Companies only.

DELIVERED BY EMAIL as a CSV. A new file is built each month; this one covers renewals December 3, 2026 and March 3, 2027. Nothing ships.
