Refund policy

Digital downloads. Every digital product is delivered by email with a download link within one hour of a paid order (and attached to the order confirmation where the store supports it). If a file does not open, is missing, or is not what the listing describes, reply to your download email or write to addison+orders@workshopmediaco.com within 30 days and we will fix the file or refund the order in full. Contractor lists: bad rows (a disconnected phone, a bouncing business email) are replaced free within 30 days. Because the files cannot be returned, we do not refund on change of mind once the download link has been used, but we will always put a broken or misdescribed product right.

Contractor Due Diligence reports and custom lists. These are made to order and delivered by email within the time stated on the product page. If a state's records are down or the contractor cannot be identified, we tell you within one business day and refund in full if you ask. If we do not deliver within the stated time, we refund in full.
