Send the list you already have; within one business day it comes back with the emails each business publishes on its own website, the people its site names, and a check on every email's domain.

For each row with a website we read the business's own home, contact and about pages. You get the published emails, the best one (a named person on the business's own domain first), whether that domain accepts mail, whether the address is a role inbox or a named one, the names on the site, and where every value came from. Rows we cannot fill are marked, never dropped. Nothing is guessed: no email patterns, no LinkedIn, no bought databases. How many rows get an email or a name depends on what the businesses publish: in our own test on 40 marketing agencies, 9 published an email and 9 named a person on their site.
