For web designers, local-SEO shops and marketing agencies: 409 plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing businesses in Portland & Vancouver whose web presence leaves a job on the table, cut from our contractor list and the reads of each business's site. Sheet 1: 145 businesses with no website on their public listing. Sheet 2: 264 businesses whose site answered and offers no online booking, with a column for each gap we saw (request form, HTTPS, built for phones, hours posted). Sheet 3: 169 listed sites that did not answer.
What each sheet holds, counted from the file:
- No website: 145 businesses, 144 phones, 12 published emails, 69 owner names
- No way to book: 264 businesses, 262 phones, 78 published emails, 155 owner names, 4 contact names
- Site down: 169 businesses, 169 phones, 51 published emails, 67 owner names
Owner names come from the Oregon CCB and WA L&I license record and contact names from the business's own site, with the page each came from. Rows outside those sources carry no name. A business with no website rarely publishes an email, so expect to call that sheet. Every row also has the trade, city and license fields where the state publishes them. Business records only: no personal email addresses.
DELIVERED BY EMAIL: CSV and an Excel workbook with the three sheets and a read-me. Bad rows replaced free within 30 days.

Before you buy
What exactly is in the file? Three sheets in CSV and Excel plus a read-me: 145 businesses with no website on their public listing, 264 businesses whose site answered and offers no way to book a time, and 169 listed sites that did not answer when we read them. Each row: business, trade, city, address and listed phone; the business inbox where the site publishes one; and, where we have one, the owner on the state license record or a contact name read from the site, with the page it came from. The page above says how many of each.
How were the gaps checked? Our reader opened each business's site from the address on its listing and recorded what a customer would meet: a request form, HTTPS, a phone layout, posted hours, and whether a time can be booked online. One column per gap, dated in the file.
Why is this worth $49 to an agency? One closed website or booking job pays for the list many times over, and every row is a business that already has the gap you sell the fix for. No scraping on your side.
How fresh is it? Read on the build date in the file; editions are rebuilt monthly. Reply to your download email with "next edition" and the following month's file is sent free once.
Can I use it for cold email or calls? Yes, within the law: the emails are business addresses the companies publish, so CAN-SPAM applies (identify yourself, honour opt-outs, include a postal address); calls must respect the National Do Not Call Registry's business rules in your state. No consumer data, no scraped personal mailboxes.
What if a row is wrong? A disconnected phone, a bouncing email or a site that turns out to have booking is replaced free: reply to your download email with the rows within 30 days.
License? Single company: use it for your own prospecting, as many reps as you like; do not resell or publish it.
Delivery? The download link arrives by email, usually within about ten minutes of checkout. Nothing ships.
