Not sure yet? See it first: the free 60-row contractor list sample, ten real rows from each of six metros.
Looking for HVAC? 986 of these rows are HVAC businesses; the trade column filters to them in Excel or Google Sheets. 32 of those are supply houses rather than contractors, marked hvac_supplier in the category column.
Try it first: the free 60-row sample has 10 real rows from each metro, so you can check the data before you buy.
All six metros: the Western US bundle, $149 for the six.

2,731 home-services contractors across AZ: business, trade, city, phone, website, the business email the company publishes itself (650 rows), social profiles, and Overture Maps' confidence score for each listing.
1203 rows name the qualifying party on the AZ ROC license (usually the owner or lead tradesperson), with the AZ ROC license issue date, expiry, class and number, so a letter can open to the person responsible for the business and a rep can see how long it has been licensed.
65 more rows carry a contact name read from the business's own website, with the page it came from: 1,268 of the 2,731 businesses come with a person to write to.
Built October 23, 2026 from Overture Maps places (release 2026-09-23.1), the AZ ROC registry and the businesses' own websites; bad rows replaced free within 30 days. Single-company license. Reply to your download email with 'next edition' for one free monthly refresh.

Before you buy
What exactly is in the file? 2,731 rows, one per business, in CSV and Excel (one sheet per trade plus a read-me): business, trade, city, state, address, phone, website, the email the business publishes itself (650 rows), social profiles, owner or qualifying party and license fields where the state publishes them, Overture Maps' confidence score, and the source of each row.
Where do the names come from? 1,203 rows name the qualifying party on the AZ ROC license (usually the owner or lead tradesperson), straight from the AZ ROC registry, joined to the map listing by phone number where the registry publishes one and by normalised name otherwise. 65 more rows carry a contact name read from the business's own website (about, team or contact page), with the page it came from in the contact_source column, so you can check it before you write.
How does this compare with a list broker? Brokers price contractor records by the row, typically $0.09 to $0.50 each (a published tier for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors starts at $0.25 a record for the first 1,000), with a contact name "where available" and no license data. This file is 2,731 rows for $49, about 1.8 cents a row, with the license registry joined in and every name traceable to a public page.
How fresh is it? Built from the current Overture Maps release and the registry files on the build date shown above. Editions are rebuilt monthly; reply to your download email with "next edition" and the following month's file is sent free once.
Can I use it for cold email or calls? Yes, within the law: the emails are business addresses the companies publish, so CAN-SPAM applies (identify yourself, honour opt-outs, include a postal address); calls must respect the National Do Not Call Registry's business rules in your state. No consumer data, no scraped personal mailboxes.
What if a row is wrong? A disconnected phone or a bouncing email is replaced free: reply to your download email with the rows within 30 days.
License? Single company: use it for your own prospecting, as many reps as you like; do not resell or publish it.
Delivery? The download link arrives by email, usually within about ten minutes of checkout. Nothing ships.
Need more than one metro? All six lists together are $149 in the Western US bundle: 9,932 businesses, about $25 a metro.
Want to check the sources yourself? How to find the owner of a licensed contractor from the state registries names every dataset this list is joined to; how many contractors have no website is counted from these same files.
